What I've learned at the Heart of Oneness Holistic Expo (March 27-29, 2026)

When I first discovered this Expo, I was at the beginning of my spiritual journey. I attended as a curious beginner exploring holistic wellness, walking through the event as a buyer eager to learn. Years later, after opening my own holistic wellness business, I returned—not as a visitor, but as one of the 200 vendors. That full-circle moment felt incredibly meaningful.

Friday

Our Sacred Space team arrived early to set up before the event kicked off at 5 PM. As soon as the doors opened, we were greeted by a wave of visitors. Some were eager to understand what spirituality and holistic wellness were all about, while others came with a clear intention—to find clarity, healing, or direction. There were also those simply curious, browsing crystals, tarot cards, teas, and other offerings. Many came seeking something specific, whether it was Reiki healing, spiritual guidance, or tools to support their personal journey.

Saturday-Sunday

What truly stood out to me that weekend was connecting with like-minded people. I met Heather—someone whose path mirrored my own. She came from the corporate world, worked tirelessly, and during the pandemic discovered her true purpose. Throughout the weekend, it felt as though my spirit guides were speaking to me through her. She shared insights that resonated deeply—things I already felt through signs, intuition, dreams, and experiences, but needed to hear out loud for confirmation.

Heather spoke about living authentically and trusting your inner voice. As she beautifully expressed in her book  My New Normal : “Live through your core—your truth, your non-negotiable essence. It’s a conscious choice to stop waiting for others’ validation or permission to be yourself. That permission only comes from within. Once you grant it, everything begins to align.” Her words affirmed what I’ve been learning all along—to trust myself and honor my path.

Through Heather, I also met other incredible individuals who share the same passion for spreading positive energy. One of those connections was a man who runs a spiritual retreat on a 20-acre farm. I was invited to visit and attend his events, which felt like a powerful manifestation. I’ve always envisioned creating a sacred space—a healing center on a farm where I can grow my own food, host retreats, cook farm-to-table meals, and offer a place for people to recharge and reconnect. Meeting him felt like a step closer to that dream.

I also had the chance to connect with many curious visitors who wanted to learn more about spirituality and wellness. They asked thoughtful questions about crystals, tarot, and oracle cards, wanting to understand their deeper meaning. These moments reaffirmed Sacred Space’s mission: to create a welcoming community that nurtures holistic well-being, spiritual growth, and self-discovery. There is nothing more rewarding than helping others take steps toward becoming their best selves.

As I share this blog today, I’m reminded that it is Good Friday in the Catholic faith—a day that commemorates the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ. It is observed during Holy Week, just before Easter Sunday, and symbolizes sacrifice, redemption, and hope. Spiritually, it’s a time for reflection on love, suffering, and the promise of new beginnings.

Mental health is one of the most important conversations of our time. Millions of people worldwide are searching for ways to manage anxiety, overcome depression, process trauma, and find a sense of inner calm. While modern psychology and psychiatry offer powerful tools, many people are discovering that ancient spiritual practices — including chakra healing — can complement their mental health journey in meaningful ways. At Sacred Space, we believe that caring for your energy body and caring for your mind are not separate pursuits. They are two paths leading to the same destination: wholeness.More

“Good juju” is more than a trendy phrase tossed around on social media. At its core, it reflects something deeply human: the desire to invite positive energy, protection, balance, and intention into our lives. Long before manifestation, journals and wellness influencers, cultures across the world practiced rituals designed to shift energy and create harmony between the physical and spiritual worlds.More

This year's Nurses Week theme — The Power of Nurses — could not be more fitting. Every year from May 6–12, the world pauses to recognize the men and women who show up tirelessly, compassionately, and often invisibly to hold space for those in their most vulnerable moments. But 2026 asks us to go further than gratitude. It asks us to truly reckon with the power nurses carry — the power to heal, to witness, to transform lives at their most fragile.More

April 25, 2026 marked the beginning of Uranus’ sustained transit through Gemini, a cycle that astrologers associate with major shifts in communication, technology, learning, and how people connect. Uranus represents disruption, innovation, and sudden change. Gemini rules information, language, media, and networks. Together, this transit is often described as a period of unexpected shifts in communication and ideas—a time when the way we think, talk, and share information changes quickly and unexpectedly. On a broader level, this era is linked to rapid advancements in technology, especially in AI, media, and digital communication, along with faster information cycles and new ways of learning and interacting.More

In a world where phrases like “good vibes only” and “raise your frequency” are everywhere, it’s easy to dismiss them as feel-good spirituality.  Online platforms like SacredSpace69.com highlight a deeper idea: that human energy, intention, and awareness are not merely abstract notions—they can serve as practical tools for transformation. Rooted in a mission to foster a welcoming community that nurtures holistic well-being, spiritual growth, and self-discovery, Sacred Space 69 offers intentional products and services designed to support balance, healing, and meaningful connection.
