That’s the Way Love Goes!

If I could change the way I live my life today, I wouldn't change a single thing, 'cos if I change my world into another place, I wouldn't see your smiling face -- Lisa Stanfield

Hello Tribe! Happy Imbolc! Happy Lunar New Year! Happy New Moon! As we welcome this month with new beginnings, I wanted to welcome it with all of you! For some of you that don't follow astrology, the new moon symbolizes new beginnings! A perfect time to manifest your heart's desires! It's also the month of Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine which originated as a Christian feast honoring Saint Valentine and became a commercial celebration of romance and love all over the world. That being said, with the theme of Love in mind, I wanted to share my journey in healing towards self-love! Yes! The theme of my love letter to all of you is self-love! Though, I am not talking about self-care which is also a form of loving yourself and there is nothing wrong with that. I am referring to self-forgiveness, loving and approving of oneself, staying positive, believing that the universe is conspiring in your favor. Trust, relax and just let it go!

As I welcome this month of new beginnings and manifesting, I wanted to share with you what I have learned in 2021 that I am still applying today when I go deep-diving through negativity and fight the mentality with my Jedi mind tricks, hopefully what I have been doing can also be a resource to anyone who is also in the same healing journey with me.

Stop limiting beliefs and negative self talk:
The Universe is always conspiring to support me, guide me and lead me compassionately toward the highest good! My Mantra: "I love and approve of myself" and for this, I will always be grateful to Louise Hay.

Love Language:
Learning the love language of people that I love and care about. What I realize is this: I show the way I love to the people that mean the world to me the way I know how but most of the time their love language is way different than mine. The intention is good but knowing their love language allows me to meet their needs and it also lessens miscommunication issues.

Healthy Boundaries:
As I said before, establishing healthy boundaries helps for mental, spiritual, physical and emotional health. Protect your sense of self but be flexible that kindness, compassion and love can still get through.

Gratitude:
Give thanks to the Creator for such breathtaking beauty, as we see our darkest hours in love and light which leads us to a pathway of hope.

Trust:
Trust the timing of your life! Trust the universe that you can do less but still can attract more.

Self-Care:
As I said earlier, there is nothing wrong with this. I practice this all the time but what I realize is self-care without self-love doesn't work in the journey of healing.

As I write this, I have nothing but love for all of you! Let's all start this year with nothing but LOVE because in the end, we are LOVE itself.

Rockstar, you know how much I love you right?

In Love & In Light,

Mental health is one of the most important conversations of our time. Millions of people worldwide are searching for ways to manage anxiety, overcome depression, process trauma, and find a sense of inner calm. While modern psychology and psychiatry offer powerful tools, many people are discovering that ancient spiritual practices — including chakra healing — can complement their mental health journey in meaningful ways. At Sacred Space, we believe that caring for your energy body and caring for your mind are not separate pursuits. They are two paths leading to the same destination: wholeness.More

“Good juju” is more than a trendy phrase tossed around on social media. At its core, it reflects something deeply human: the desire to invite positive energy, protection, balance, and intention into our lives. Long before manifestation, journals and wellness influencers, cultures across the world practiced rituals designed to shift energy and create harmony between the physical and spiritual worlds.More

This year's Nurses Week theme — The Power of Nurses — could not be more fitting. Every year from May 6–12, the world pauses to recognize the men and women who show up tirelessly, compassionately, and often invisibly to hold space for those in their most vulnerable moments. But 2026 asks us to go further than gratitude. It asks us to truly reckon with the power nurses carry — the power to heal, to witness, to transform lives at their most fragile.More

April 25, 2026 marked the beginning of Uranus’ sustained transit through Gemini, a cycle that astrologers associate with major shifts in communication, technology, learning, and how people connect. Uranus represents disruption, innovation, and sudden change. Gemini rules information, language, media, and networks. Together, this transit is often described as a period of unexpected shifts in communication and ideas—a time when the way we think, talk, and share information changes quickly and unexpectedly. On a broader level, this era is linked to rapid advancements in technology, especially in AI, media, and digital communication, along with faster information cycles and new ways of learning and interacting.More

In a world where phrases like “good vibes only” and “raise your frequency” are everywhere, it’s easy to dismiss them as feel-good spirituality.  Online platforms like SacredSpace69.com highlight a deeper idea: that human energy, intention, and awareness are not merely abstract notions—they can serve as practical tools for transformation. Years later, after opening my own holistic wellness business, I returned—not as a visitor, but as one of the 200 vendors.
