Happy New Year! You're probably wondering why I'm greeting you this way, right?

With the New Moon today, April 1st, in Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, it's a double whammy because it's not only the beginning of the astrological new year, it also happens to fall on a new a new moon, a day to embrace new beginnings, an ideal time to do your rituals and plant new seeds in your life, whether it be in your career or just setting fresh intentions.

I feel a dose of unexplained energy that is lurking throughout the week. I feel like it is deja vu of the evening of January 1st, or the eve of my Chinese New Year. I guess third time is a charm? This week I find myself thinking, reflecting, contemplating and genuinely figuring out what I genuinely want to manifest?

It would have been logical if I would have just been thinking of manifesting an advancement in my career, money, things that I would like to buy or achieve in my travel experiences. But I find myself thinking about love and happiness. I'm thinking back to my quest in spirituality and my trip to Costa Rica to do ayahuasca. I often reflect and ask the universe to give me guidance and show me who I've become, merge me with my soul at all costs and heal my heart -- the 3 mantras actually posted at the sacred space at our retreat center in Costa Rica.

But what I've learned throughout this journey is in order to manifest what you want, you have to be clear about what you want and feel what you want to experience as if you already have it! Easier said than done because sometimes I find myself surrendering. But what we really need to do is surrender to the resistance! (At least that's what I hear in my head from Abraham Hicks!)

As I ask the Universe to grant my heart's desires, I wish everyone a Happy New Year and Manifestation Weekend! Let go and Let God!

With that said, I will leave you with the lyrics from the song that is constantly playing in my head....

A glowing figure sits on rocks beside crashing blue waves under a starry sky

Goddess of sweetness is Ochun
Of yes it is
Oh she'll ask you
Ask you to pray to her
When you're out of reach
When you ain't got no love
She's be there for you
All you gotta do
Is pray to Ochun
She is love and sweetness too
You've just got to believe there is Love and Happiness

Mental health is one of the most important conversations of our time. Millions of people worldwide are searching for ways to manage anxiety, overcome depression, process trauma, and find a sense of inner calm. While modern psychology and psychiatry offer powerful tools, many people are discovering that ancient spiritual practices — including chakra healing — can complement their mental health journey in meaningful ways. At Sacred Space, we believe that caring for your energy body and caring for your mind are not separate pursuits. They are two paths leading to the same destination: wholeness.More

“Good juju” is more than a trendy phrase tossed around on social media. At its core, it reflects something deeply human: the desire to invite positive energy, protection, balance, and intention into our lives. Long before manifestation, journals and wellness influencers, cultures across the world practiced rituals designed to shift energy and create harmony between the physical and spiritual worlds.More

This year's Nurses Week theme — The Power of Nurses — could not be more fitting. Every year from May 6–12, the world pauses to recognize the men and women who show up tirelessly, compassionately, and often invisibly to hold space for those in their most vulnerable moments. But 2026 asks us to go further than gratitude. It asks us to truly reckon with the power nurses carry — the power to heal, to witness, to transform lives at their most fragile.More

April 25, 2026 marked the beginning of Uranus’ sustained transit through Gemini, a cycle that astrologers associate with major shifts in communication, technology, learning, and how people connect. Uranus represents disruption, innovation, and sudden change. Gemini rules information, language, media, and networks. Together, this transit is often described as a period of unexpected shifts in communication and ideas—a time when the way we think, talk, and share information changes quickly and unexpectedly. On a broader level, this era is linked to rapid advancements in technology, especially in AI, media, and digital communication, along with faster information cycles and new ways of learning and interacting.More

When I first discovered this Expo, I was at the beginning of my spiritual journey. I attended as a curious beginner exploring holistic wellness, walking through the event as a buyer eager to learn. Years later, after opening my own holistic wellness business, I returned—not as a visitor, but as one of the 200 vendors.
